Interesting yet exciting

So I have been on this Eat to Live regimen during this week. I have lost 6.6 pounds which is awesome to say the least. Last night I went bowling with my husband and had a couple of beers and a piece of pizza. The beer, it was good. The pizza, yuck. I don't know if it is a mental thing or a true change that is happening but I would have normally had at least 3 pieces of pizza and a bunch of the fried appetizers and the only fried that I had was with veggies. I got on the scale this morning scared to death as to the weight I have gained even though I bowled for 2 hours straight. OMG I was so happy. I was at the same weight as the day before. Woohoo and phew...that was close. I am enjoying this diet/lifestyle change. I am never hungry and if I am, I eat. It is that simple. I am interested as to where this road is going to take me. I want to be thin. I want to be healthy. I want to show the world that I can do it. Heck I want to show myself that I can do it again.
