Thank Goodness for the little things :)

Friday, August 10, 2012

Sometimes its the little things we need to keep us going. Yesterday was hard for me emotionaly and I have to say I wanted to call it quits. It was one of those days were everyhting seems to be working against you. I have been trying to find a workout buddy, someone that will help push me on my lazy days, well I did not find one. Also, trying to find someone to get excited about the new foods I make is hopeless. I have felt completly alone in the "real" world ( don't get me wrong, I love my SP family, you all are amazing). Well this morning as I was getting ready I looked in the mirror and noticed a little something that gave me that motivational boost that I needed and reminded me that my work is paying off, even if just a little. I had noticed definition in my forearm!!!! oh and took a picture because I was proud.
