What a week...

Been in the midst of contract negotiations for my teachers' union. Had good workouts Sunday and Monday, but then fell off the wagon:

Tuesday- Took Strike vote all day
Wednesday- Back to the negotiating table, get settlement, go party for 7 hours
Thursday- Recover and car shop

So poor nutrition all week until today. Add in some stress, and now I weigh in this morning to find I'm +4 lbs.

But, I have a week before school starts, so time to hit the yardwork and workouts hard. Make some meals and freeze them, and generally prepare for back to school. Still have the goal of 255 by the 20th. 11 lbs in 10 days is probably a reach, but if I lower the goal, I'll lower my work.

Long term journey...just keep reminding myself that.

    No journey is a straight and even path...there are going to be curves and bumps along the way..the main thing is to keep moving in the same direction. Good luck!
