They are still working on training me on using the machines. I did 2 circuits today, so I worked out for 30 minutes. Found out that they recommend stretching at the end. I really dislike stretching. But, I'm pretty committed to going 2-3x per week to work their circuit. So, hopefully, I can commit to the stretching too. They say that it also helps. (helps what, I don't remember. Build muscle, I think.)
I expect that I'll at least do some, because I won't wish to appear to be non-compliant. hee hee
I look forward to, in a month or two, beginning to be able to see/feel some muscle and toning in my somewhat flabby "skinny fat" (not overweight, but, ... ) body.
