OK..I can lose weight and have done fine with that but in all honesty it has not always been healthy. I realized I have poor eating habits...partly now because I live alone and hate to cook for just me..and partly because I can't seem to figure out a way to get enough nutrients.
I bought a nutra bullet...special type blender than mixes peel, seeds, etc into your smoothie...more nutrition that way. Bought my fruits and veggies..my my it is so expensive to eat healthy. Made my first smoothie...used spinach greens, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and a bit of protein powder...yum yum and it is sooo filling!
They have a 6 week program that you can do and boy it is super healthy. I plan to follow it and see how I feel at the end... my only cheat will be my 100 calorie starbucks coffee in the am and maybe a soft drink occasionally as I have not yet quit that bad habit.
I hope to be posting soon that my fibro is better and that I am feeling more energized and healthier at the end if this 6 week journey. Can't wait to discover all the good for you foods out there that I haven't tried yet. Wish me luck in my health quest!
