I am a firm believer in the power of gratitude. So when I am tired from work and really don't want to do my workout because my feet, legs and back are sore, I have to remember to give thanks.
I give thanks that I have a job, even if I do get tired, because so many don't have a job and I give thanks for being able to walk and have sore feet and legs as so many can't even walk.
There is always time to add gratitude in your day. Even a small thank you to a friend, coworker or even stranger can make that person's day. Hey even saying thanks Spark People for being here and helping me on my journey to health!!!!
