Spark Coach

Good morning, I'm having a pretty good week. I'm trying out Spark Coach and that's been pretty fun. I have been eating better this week than I have all summer, with the exception of yesterday when I went to the state fair. I only had ice cream there, because I didn't want any of the fried stuff that was's not that good, and it makes me feel all bloated, so I skipped all that stuff and just had the ice cream and also had a banana that I had packed in my bag. I knew in the back of my mind that the food would stink, so kudos to me for thinking to bring my own food. :)

I chaperoned my daughter's band parade and it was 2 miles long, so I got a lot of good cardio doing that! My physical therapist will probably kill me, but it was worth it to see my daughter march in her first parade. Lots of marching band memories came flooding back to me, too. I think being a "band mom" is going to be an awesome experience these next 4 years. :)

My foot is feeling good today. The Boot is hot, miserable, and uncomfortable, but when I walk around in it, there is NO PAIN. I'm also proud of myself for remembering my anti-inflammatory for more than 2 weeks now! I'm terrible at taking pills, so this is huge. Also I started PT this week and I've been doing my exercises, and I'm proud of myself for that too. Hopefully soon I'll be back in the pool and back on my bike. Spark On. :)
