A sad day

Friday, August 10, 2012

Last year I found out that a good fried of mine who runs a bakery and catering business that his little sister had leukemia.
they are not the kind of people that ask for help and would always say everything is fine.
In fact Mike is the kind of guy that told a joke during his mothers funeral.
and t was funny too.- I'll elaborate later.
any way Dina was a fun kid to watch grow up . She was between my younger brothers in age.
and she was a knock out good looking young lady.
I wasn't real close with her because we considered her and my brothers kids--and to some extent I still do being 8 years older.
The doctors sent her home three weeks ago with a sad note that she might only have 3 weeks left.
sadly the were right but then again she was in misery and I am glad the suffering is over at age 42.
I know her two children and rest of her family will miss her.
Good bye Dina
I know God will take care of you ..

Now I have one client to service today then I am going to see if I can help at the catering bakery business
if nothing else I can sweep and do dishes to free some time for my friends.
I know how busy this time can be.

So sad! I agree, though. After a long and uncomfortable battle, I think most people are ready to make the next move and shed the pain. It is sad to lose friends and family, and sad for her family to let her go. I know she will be missed.

Hugs,
Chris

I am so sorry to hear about your friends passing, my sympathies go out to you and her family. It's always really hard to understand the way of life, and cope with the loss of those around us, but I am glad that her suffering is over and that she is in a better place. I am sure your friends greatly appreciate everything you do for them. Hugs!
