Internet is still a bit silly lately so im getting in my blog early while it's working.

Day 19
When is the last time you had fast food?

I had a subway sandwich on Wednesday

My Personal Fitness Challenge
Ok, so I'm not trying to make any excuses, but I want to tell you all something.
Lately, I have been having the hardest time getting to bed on time. And by that I don't mean I'm staying up playing video games till 12, but that I'm in bed at my normal time and just cannot get to sleep. 1-2hours will pass before I finally fall asleep, and even then I'm not asleep for very long.
I M freakin tired. I want to sleep.
Having the energy to workout lastly has been very hard. I still manage something, because we all know something is better than nothing, but man trying for more than 20mins proves to just be overwhelming when I'm seemingly running on 4-6hours of sleep, depending on the night and I'm used to getting 8-9hours.

Just a little reason, if you will, as to why my fitness minutes haven't been so high lately.

Go for a walk - try for 30mina
Dad'll be here tonight and he will have to get his dance done, so maybe I'll join him for a song or two.

    Sorry you are having trouble sleeping. It really is so crucial to your well being and has such negative impacts the day after not sleeping well/enough. I hope that this resolves quickly for you.

    I had french fries, a grilled chicken sandwich and a diet coke on the trip home from Hawaii on Sunday. The sandwich was good but the fries were too salty. I don't enjoy fast food as much as I used to--this is a good thing.
