I feel much better today. Did my Week 2 Day 2 of the C25K. I feel my body is conditioning well. I hope it will continue to be okay. I also got the MEATLESS DAY 9 down. I am about to sleep, I need my sleep after all that the day has offered. Good night all or good morning, depending on where you are.
