Keeping the momentum going strong. Got up this morning and rode bike to gym, participated in total toning class, and rode bike home. That's 90 minutes of exercise!!!
Stayed in calorie range today. went slightly over in carbs but was under in both proteins and fats. Need to get some Freggies in the house. Drank 12+ cups of water.
Spent time on SP posting to message boards and commenting on blogs. Need to make huddles and checking on Spark Friends a priority in the coming week.
Spending time reading devotionals and then going to bed! Have a great night all!!!
