Yep. Nearly all day yesterday, I simply didn't track.
Call it a personal experiment.
I ate wayyyy too much, made myself feel sick for it (physically, not as in sick with guilt here) and didn't get to sleep til around 3am.
When I track my foods, I feel better, and make better choices throughout the day. I drink more water, and eat less junk. There's less mindless eating, and less eating at the computer.
My knee hurting was not helping either. Didn't walk because I had to move a bunch of bags and boxes (still in the process of moving my parents from one house to another... this is month 7 of it.. ), had to take mom to 2 appointments with her sulking like a 3 year old who got its toy taken away, and have another BIG appointment tomorrow with dad, to see when he goes into the hosp. for surgery. (He's getting a fistula for dialysis.)
So. Yea. No weigh in this week but I honestly don't mind. I know the weight is coming off because of my clothes, and til my knee feels better, there is no way I'm walking upstairs just to check the scale. It can wait.
Now I gotta go enter what I had for dinner, before I forget!
