Alright, today was a total bust. I binged like crazy and didn't get the exercise done to counter my piggishness. I feel like a big bloated and greasy blimp. My own fault, I have no one to blame but myself for my extremely poor choices. emoticon

I really need to get myself on track and stop this habit!

    Day's like that happen. No one is perfect or leads a "perfect" life. Don't beat yourself up for it. Also don't give up just because you had an "off" day. Use this as a learning step and make sure you track your nutrition and "lack" of exercise so you learn from it. Everyone has off days, just let it go and keep going. emoticon emoticon
