I've been doing the insanity workout now and found myself doing something today that I couldn't do last week. I have a lot of fat in my core and it does makes certain workout harder for myself. I however just push though them and do the best that I can.
well today I did something I wasn't able to do. they are called in and out, and I've been fighting them and dreading them every times they come on screen. Well today I did it and it felt great. Just a little woohoo moment for me.
