Last night I hear there was quite a bit of rain in many nearby areas but NOT here!! We got just a little bit, then it was over. The little town of Hope, IN where my dear SP friend lives, got clobbered last night. Lots of damage and power outages were reported on the news. It's about 45 min. east of here. Just hope our rain will come soon.

Today was a carbon of yesterday. Just the same ol' stuff!! Here it is....

Did the hill this morning, then hit the trails for hiking in the woods. After that I finished up the rest of the cardio walking. Had a good strength training session tonight - core; upper body.

Again I had a light dinner - a small plate (1 C.) whole wheat spaghetti w/marinara sauce. Had some yogurt too.

I think we're going to can tomatoes tomorrow. Really need to get it done.
