We start our ten week walking challenge at work next week. I have been tracking my steps and trying to figure out ways to fit in some extra walking to get my numbers up. I actually walked around the building outside a couple of times both yesterday and today and was quite pleased with myself. It's about 500 steps to go around one time, so if I can leave my desk two or three times a day and do two laps that will be a significant number more than I already do. Wish me luck and I will keep you posted.
My mom and dad are coming to visit tomorrow! I am so excited to see them. We will be eating most of our meals out (we all like different foods so it's just easier to go out, then everyone can have what they want.) I've picked good places that I know have healthy choices and I am determined not to blow it!
