Primary Care Dr says

Thursday, August 09, 2012

Yes I went to my Dr and she says because of my MS she can not recommend the surgery. She would rather see my a little heavy than for me to reach a good BMI and have new symptoms and the MS get worse.

I am good with this. I lost 5lbs, my blood pressure is 130/80(great). My DH just loves me no matter what I do.

So I am on the journey that many of us are on. God had another plan.

I will move ahead with joy knowing that this is my path and I did not force a solution. All is Well.

Take care and have a great week.

My mantra

I will not give up on myself. I am the only one that can make it happen for me with God's help . I have the power to succeed or fail.

Choose to succeed.

Great attitude. God always has a better plan so if surgery is not for you, then you will do better on good eating plan and exercise.I am so glad your BP is in the normal range.

I am so glad you talked to your primary care Dr. and discussed this with her. Her advise is very sound and I am so glad you are okay with the diet. You and I still have a lot in common and we need to continue this journey together, I don't know about you, but I still need your support.
    Love and hugs to you.
