Working around the sound - next vlog will be much better!

As those of you who have read my blogs, you may know that I am eating raw and also vegan. Last night's dinner was cooked - using MorningStar Farms meatballs, sautéed with onion, mushrooms and bell pepper - a little soy sauce, and 1 tbs of sunflower oil, it made it's own gravy. It was served over a dehydrated vegetable pasta.
Breakfast - not vegan, was a eggwhite omelet , which contained orange tomato salsa, spinach, mushrooms and Morningstar Farms stripes, sliced whole orange tomato and 2 slices of Ezekiel Sprouted Bread.
Lunch was a watermelon rind juice, cantaloupe, blueberry, green powder smoothie with ginger, vanilla and maca mixed.
Dinner was great and I could not finish my bowl - corn chowder made from fresh corn, onion, almond milk, ginger, and mushrooms, blended and then whole kernels were stirred in and it was topped with 1/2 avocado, sprouts, one whole tomato, portabella mushrooms and MorningStar farms stripes, served with an Arnold's multigrain sandwich thins.
