I run, and I run hard. However, Sparkpeople considers it "walking" because I have not yet attained a 13 minute mile.
After all of my working out, losing over 30 pounds, and feeling good, I still get ticked off when I see this on my fitness tracker!
(I have a few choice words that I will omit because this is public.)
But, until then, I swear that I am truly running, just running slowly.
