I'm mad, Sparkpeople!

I run, and I run hard. However, Sparkpeople considers it "walking" because I have not yet attained a 13 minute mile.

After all of my working out, losing over 30 pounds, and feeling good, I still get ticked off when I see this on my fitness tracker!

(I have a few choice words that I will omit because this is public.)

If only....
Someday...

But, until then, I swear that I am truly running, just running slowly.

    LOL I feel you! I run VERY slow. But I love it anyway. Today I added 2 hours of "house work" to the tracker and it said I should have burned 818 calories but in reality My heart Rate Monitor said only 230......Good thing I didn't eat those extra calories!!!

    I jog at 4 miles per hour for 2 or 3 mintues, walk two or three minutes, etc and I consider that good. If your doing your best, don't give up and pat yourself on the back for a job well done.
