The day will wrap up soon and I am just coasting. Well,
anticipating a slew of last minute phone calls at the end
of the day. I have been able to keep pace with the service
work today-always a good thing.
I am still very much impressed with SparkCoach. Today's
message centered on tips of how to make the program
work-Weight Loss 101. The importance of tracking and
tracking correctly is invaluable. Energy in and energy out.
