Well, I am trying to get my internal clock reset to Hubbys new work hours. I am still on the old schedule. Sleep late and stay up late. The bad thing is Hubby will not wake me up when he leaves so I am getting up normally. Then I stay up late.

Last night I got sleepy so I shut everything down and went to bed early. Well, that was a signal to Miss Coco. I was awake and I was not watching TV, on the computer, reading etc which meant I had time to play with her. She was beside me pulling at my hand running under the cover to lick on my legs trying to get me to play. I could not get her to settle down. Finally, I just grabbed her and put her under the cover with her little head on the pillow and softly patted her until she finally relaxed. I was then able to go to sleep. This took over and hour. About an hour and a half later, Hubby become restless woke me up and I could not go back to sleep for another hour. I may just stay up if this is going to be a nightly routine.

I took Miss Coco to the spa and went to the mall for my walk. I can walk there without heat and rain. I resisted all the sales int he windows etc. until time to pick Miss Coco and come home. Hubby is waving at me now to let's go........okay off we go again.

I know what you aree going thru. I have the same problem with JoAnn's schedule. Dayturn is great, I am up at 5:30 a.m., and do stuff all day. We go to bed at 9 p.m. Afternoon shift, like now 3-11 p.m. I go to bed around 1 a.m. then wake up by 6 a.m. take my walk, and come back, tippy toe and get into bed. So I sleep, and then at bed time, I can't sleep. She was on the night shift past week end, so I was up all night, go to bed and sleep the same as her . Her daughterr and thenm go to her husbands family when she is on this shift. She blew up at them last month, nobody wants to be around her on this shift. Talk to you tomorrow. lol
