I can feel it already, I'm starting to get bored during my work outs. Please know that I cannot do a lot of things right now. I'm still beginning.
I have switched it out a bit with how much time I spend on the treadmill and how much time I spend on the elliptical. Most of that has been necessary though because of shin splints (less time on treadmill walking to more time on elliptical low impact.)
I have the TV right in front of me with closed captioning on and an ipod singing in my ears, but the time can sometimes go soooo slow. I will say I notice a difference when I really focus on the work out - I feel stronger and times goes a little faster.
Any suggestions for focus would be lovely. I don't want to get super bored and start looking for reasons not to do it.
Onward we go...
