BLC Challenge update - Week 8

This week I am down 1 pound! I'm excited about it because it got me out of the 200s... I've been working alot harder... waking up earlier and getting outside to walk/jog. I hope to one day be able to jog all of it... but baby steps.
I also have been trying to stay away from processed foods and white rice, flour, & sugar.
I feel better this week and can honestly say that I can feel my progress!
