~*GETTING BACK ON TRACK*~
Starting Weight: 168.6 (I'm up from 167.0)
Weigh-In Day : On Sunday's
(I started my journey a year ago at 196.6)
First Goal to Reach: 155.5 lbs
This will let me know what's going on with my body.
I will not know until there if I can then maintain and tone.
I have a feeling I will have to lose a little more.
This week has started off rough!
I had to help with bills so I have not been able to get the grocery visit accomplished.
We have been super slow at work so I have had to leave work each night between 10:30 - 11PM and then go to the dang store. *sigh*
Havin' chicken feed for tips, I'm havin' ta of course buy stuff in spurts and don't even have complete meals yet..
This will make my 3rd night in a row to go buy store after work. Gosh, I hope we are BUSY so this will be my last trip!!!!!
Eating has been a little odd bc I don't have everything I need of course.
Snacking has been great and healthy though. I was able to get that stuff all bought.
Only "work" related exercise thus far as well bc of this mess.
At least I'm trying and I'm in the right frame of mind. That's something, right?
Once I can get the groceries completed, it will be a heck of a lot easier to have a real start! lol
