**Starting A New Chapter**

Starting Weight: 168.6 (I'm up from 167.0)

Weigh-In Day : On Sunday's

(I started my journey a year ago at 196.6)

First Goal to Reach: 155.5 lbs

This will let me know what's going on with my body.
I will not know until there if I can then maintain and tone.

I have a feeling I will have to lose a little more.

This week has started off rough!

I had to help with bills so I have not been able to get the grocery visit accomplished.

We have been super slow at work so I have had to leave work each night between 10:30 - 11PM and then go to the dang store. *sigh*

Havin' chicken feed for tips, I'm havin' ta of course buy stuff in spurts and don't even have complete meals yet..

This will make my 3rd night in a row to go buy store after work. Gosh, I hope we are BUSY so this will be my last trip!!!!!

Eating has been a little odd bc I don't have everything I need of course.

Snacking has been great and healthy though. I was able to get that stuff all bought.

Only "work" related exercise thus far as well bc of this mess.

At least I'm trying and I'm in the right frame of mind. That's something, right?

Once I can get the groceries completed, it will be a heck of a lot easier to have a real start! lol

    Started off bumpy, but doin' better now and increasing my exercise and the # of days I get it which is a huge improvement! emoticon

Cals are in check w/the use of the spark-tracker! emoticon

    My calorie range is 1,700 - 1,850

My cals today were 1,667 Total

I'm so proud of myself! Almost made it to the 1,700 on a work day!

I have been so terrible about NOT eating at all, just drinking coffee then soda and heading to work. (snack at work all night long and then eat dinner once home). BOOOOOO!

I had coffee this morning and lunch was a protein shake. Once at work and after a while, I ate my "PACKED" Trail Mix (Yay me for taking something!)

I also had LEMON WATER! No soda or sweet tea! That is a BIG deal for me!

Around 8:45PM I ate a banana and had more water.

I had dinner planned out for tonight and once home there were Spicy Buffalo Wings from Domino's in fridge? What the heck?

Hubby said his friend called and asked him to please come pick up the box full of wings bc he ordered spicy by accident. Didn't want any money bc he was just gonna throw them out.

I had 12 wings and thank gosh I made a huge salad with a light drizzle of dressing bc I could have ate the whole box of wings! I had a soda as well.

All in all it was a good first day! I made improvements!

I'm soooooo tired!

Ran around the house picking up..... went ta work.... and thank gosh finally finished the grocery shopping after work!

Time for bed now as I'm exhausted!

    You seem to have a handle on the situation and don't seem to be letting it get on top of you, even if it isn't ideal. Keep on going and enjoy the small things
