Last week was a hard week. I kept trying to get my mind in the right place to just resist the temptations, but I gave in to a few of them and felt really guilty for it too.
This week is a great week. I've broken through my mental blocks this week and have said no to those temptations. I'm eating better and feeling better for it. This morning I got on the scale to see how I was doing. The scale showed me down another pound which if you figure in last weeks 1 pound gain I'm down 2 pounds, but in the big picture I'm just glad to have the scale moving in the right direction.
