I'm starting my day off with Sparkpeople. I have a full day ahead of me. I'm going to eat and then go for a 3 mile walk. After that I will be boxing around 300 bows. That should take me most of the rest of the day. I'm getting a little discouraged with my weight loss. I lost about 4 lbs. right off the bat, probably water weight, and now I am not even budging an ounce. it's been quite a few days now of no weight loss at all. I'm walking most days and really trying to stick to my calories and am trying to balance everything out on the food tracker. I'm not sure what else to do. Sparkpeople has always worked the best for me, because it's not a diet. It's just healthy eating and I generally lose weight.
