A new beginning
Words I really never hope to write again!
The last few months have been up n down, no, nothing bad or really good happened, I just haven't been doing that great on here.While food has been in the 80% range, I haven't been exercising at all really...
Hips 48.5 inches
Chest 41 inches
Thigh 28.5 inches
Waist 40 inches
Arm 15 inches
That's a change of 2 lbs since June, n an extra 2.5 inches in my thighs n waist...ugh!
Now I really do want to be healthier n get around better then I did....I also want to get back to onederland n STAY THERE!!! N I've got great reasons, me, my family, my husband, my kids....n on top of those good ones, I'm going to be an after school person, (in charge of it all with 80% of the time on physical activity), AND a wedding to go to in the end of September...
So, with all those good reasons, I need a goal n a plan..
GOAL : lose 10+ lbs by September 25(3days before wedding)
EAT RIGHT!(think about taking the no junk food challenge)
EXERCISE!! (this has got to be do able anywhere, since we've been camping almost every weekend all summer)....
So, for at home, I'm gonna do my exercise bike for at least an hour a day plus, a 100 workout( got from pin interest ) and then housework, chasing kids etc..
The hardest part will be the no junk cause camping n snacking have been going together, although it's been good foods more then bad, n in the last 2 camping trips I've only had maybe 12 coolers(100cal ones)...n I don't plan on drinking any for awhile...so....
