Time to find how healthy I really am this is the scary step it is easy to pretend to yourself that your lifestyle is ok and only needs a few changes, but over the next few days I will be tracking my current eating and fitness to get a clearer picture. So far breakfast today was a cup of tea not a good start but I already know that is one area I need to improve on. Time for lunch;This is going to be interesting to see the nutritional info for this one, its grocery day and a fridge raid lunch .
Well lunch ended up being two cheese buns with low fat cream cheese two boiled eggs, not too bad for stuff left in the cupboards. After I want to my mumís for a ride (good) and had dinner and ate way too much, Hummus and oatcakes with a mug of tea, followed by BBQ chicken wings and ribs with coleslaw and salad and a glass of wine and then later rhubarb crumble with another cup of tea.
My calories and crabs for the day were well over what they should be but the most notable thing was how bad I felt, bloated and overly full for the rest of the night.
