So I'm starting and stopping and starting and stopping on the 30 day shred. Something always seems to get in the way, be it housework, work work, or illnesses that creep up in the hour before i'm due to work out.

How do you stay motivated when your body and brain are telling you to rest?

If your body is craving! It is just as important. I am currently doing 30 Day Shred too. Some days, I do levels 1 & 2. Some days, I only do level 1. As TurtleRae points out, do what you can and when you can or do another DVD altogether. emoticon emoticon

Maybe this particular exercise program isn't a good fit for you?? Maybe try some other type of exercise for 30 minutes a day 5 days a week versus every day for 30 days. That way you'll have a cushion for days that you can't do the workout versus feeling guilty that you didn't stick with it for all 30 days??

There are 24 usable hours in every day (; That's what I always try to tell myself, but as you know, I'm kind of a procrastinator then I get lazy.

That's a good idea. But honestly, I spend more than 20 minutes a day deciding what to order for lunch! It shouldn't be so mind warping to get up for a 20 minute shred!

Take 10 minutes workout until you are able to increase. emoticon
