Well, today wasn't so bad. I am so tired so I'm gonna make this one relatively short and sweet. My boyfriend was sick today
. we did get to the fair but he was so whiny and cranky because of the heat and he was exhausted so i wound up taking care of him today while he did his business with the cadets
Now onto my good news. I actually managed to eat right and exercise today. I had some, er, rambunctious fun with my boyfriend which i know burns calories hahaha but i'm not going into that much detail. I also walked around a bit with my boyfriend up the hill from where the parking was to the fair and back a few times since i didn't want to be alone. It was a killer just walking but i was able to push through it knowing that even though its a simple task its making me healthier every day. Food-wise, i learned that subway isn't so healthy after all. I tracked the sub sandwich i had; just HALF of it is 682 calories. That's lunch AND dinner together. I was like "holy smoke"
but that's ok because i burned A LOT more calories than what I consumed today so I'm alright with that, and I don't eat subway very often so it was a treat for me
Well I am exhausted and falling asleep at the computer. Tomorrow is nail date and lunch with my best friend and we LOVE our french fries, so let's see how I do tomorrow =) night
