Day 1 of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred

Day 1 is done!
The kids and I completed the first 20 minute of Level 1 tonight!
it is so cool to share my goal with my kids.
We are going to work out 2-3 times a week.
Making those changes, it's so worth it, for them and for me!
Whoo Hoo!!!

    Working out with the kids is always fun. I love when my daughter follows along, makes it that much more enjoyable and time just flies!
