So as I said in my last post I'm doing the sweet tooth challenge and need to record when I have cravings, what I eat, and how I feel about it!
So I had an atkins bar for breakfast (protein bar) I'm not on atkins, but I like to eat on the lower range of carbs. -- felt fine about having a sweet protein bar, I didn't crave anything sweet after it.
Had a small lunch and a fiber bar - too lazy to make real food so I'm ok with this.
Had a some watermelon at lunch too.
Had a serving of weight watchers english toffee bars (2 bars = 1 serving) really just felt like having something sweet in the afternoon, but once I had it I was good to go.
after dinner I had a WW cookie ice cream bar and a fiber bar and yes as I write these out I think geez I always grab sweet things, which is why I'm doing this!!!
but I never go over my carb allowance... I just seem to munch on stuff all day and sometimes I have a real meal, but mostly just little stuff all day and fall into the correct ranges.
I take a multi vitamin... not sure if what I'm doing is particularly unhealthy, but not a shinning example of "THE" healthy diet :/
