Use correct technique

Bad technique leads to injuries and poor gains.
Take the time to get the right technique. If you’re
struggling for form then the weight is too heavy.

AMEN! Don’t be swinging your whole body around
to lift the weight. One recommendation that has helped
me, look at the muscle your exercise is working. If your
doing curls, watch your biceps.
