Today I woke up exhausted. I had over seven hours of sleep but i just feel like my brain is drained. I live a pretty busy day to day life and this week I was asked to do a near impossible task for work in a short time period. When I say impossible Im talking a "Devil Wears Prada" type of task. One that can take weeks to accomplish if it is your only task but of course I must still continue all my other work duties, summer class preparation for a final at the end of the week, make healthy food choices, and workout. AHHHHH!!! see what I mean? Stressful
I fought off devouring cookies last night for dinner and opted for a homeade shrimp stirfry. This morning I wasn't so good. This morning for breakfast I had..... A bag of doritos. The calorie count was over 500 :/ I don't know if I regret it, it definetly didn't make me feel better but it is what it is. I will make smarter choices the rest of the day but I am SO ready for this week to be over.
