I'm still plugging along. Losing weight slowly. I check in on sparks people everyday, but don't spend too much time with blogs. I am going to the doctor today and going to try and find out if the jogging is doing more harm than good. I really hope it is not hurting my knees in the long run because I do enjoy doing it, I just don't enjoy hobbling around for several days after. I have not jogged for a week. Last Wednesday I did the virtual 5k run/walk then Friday, Sat. & Sun had to be to work early. It was raining Mon. and yesterday and today it's the Dr. I will jog again (weather permitting) on Friday if the Dr. doesn't tell me other wise.
I've been getting tons of complements on my weight loss so far (about 80 pounds all told). I still go another 50 to go and it is leaving me in fits and starts.
My son is slimming down too. He got a job that is keeping him busy 40+ hours a week. He also went and got a sleep study done and will be getting a CPAP machine soon!! I think that will make all the difference for him. He is so smart, but never gets good sleep. I am so excited to see how some good sleep is going to help his life.
