On my pants that is.
My work pants had been getting too tight, and the top would roll down when I sat at my desk. Yesterday at work I realized that the top of my pants did not roll down ONCE! It was a great feeling :)
I have been feeling so much better since I started eating healthier about 2 months ago. This week has been a struggle due to PMS, but I know if I push through I will thank myself in a day or two. I will not let my emotions/cravings break me! I was craving something sweet last night, so I made a small crumble with the fresh blueberries I had in my fridge. A small serving satisfied my craving, and I stayed on track! I just need to search for an alternative to the butter in the crumble as the fat content pushed me over for the day, even though I was within my calorie range.
My husband has been training to run the Ragnar in a week and a half (200 mile 12 man team relay race). I am so proud of him, but also jealous that I have yet to find that kind of motivation. I hope after the race he stays motivated, as it is been so much easier with him also eating healthier. He is 6'4'', so his eating bad did no show up on him as much is me eating bad shows up on me. I need to openly recognize this and accept it. I am 5'1''...I CANNOT eat the same as taller people.
