So trying to push myself Went to the gym for 2 days in a row...woke up FEELING it today...I have not pushed play in awhile I guess? I lifted 150 lbs with my legs on the press machine! I was pumped!...and did 50-75 for the arm lift machines... and NAILED 3 full bridges and was able to rotate between plank/ dolphin pose and side planks...the full ones! :) For about a cycle of 10! THEY ARE HARD! But plan to gym it again today for round 3 :)
