I have a facebook (2012 weight lost buddys )and have a challenge for them!
I know it's hard when you are working to exercise. It's to hot here to go outside and walk. maybe you don't have time to eat lunch and exersice so here it goes.
Place a peice of paper on your desk , on the computer in your car on you where every you are working at Everyone has to go to the rest room so before you wash your hand do some wall push ups 5,810 it's up to you how many and write and the number on a piece of paper.at the end of day add up the number to see how many you have done. it will work you your arms, chest and upper back. something small but can help and get some form of exercise. I'm starting today. Have a great day
