Water vs Sleep

I must say for me I have been doing so well on the water front. Not quite the eight that the Spark recommends but if you count my coffee I would so be in. Drinking about 40-50 oz of water I have started to see improvements in my skin. Now if only my bladder would calm down. LOL. I have been waking up around 1-2 am the last few days due to an urgent need yup you guessed it. I am not one of the lucky people who can sleeppee. Wish I was. Anyhow I know a bit more info than needed but that is the blog today.
I know my body will adjust in time. I will be patient for that to happen.
