I'm absolutely thrilled. It's been such a long time since I have managed to lose 2 lbs.
So what did I do differently this time?
In the evenings I tend to crave chocolate and twice this week I had the urge so bad I almost got in the car and drove to the nearest shop - but I resisted with the support of my family. I just don't need that crap in my life. I ate an apple instead. Or a small piece of bread with some peanut butter.
I believe it was resisting the terrible snacks in the evening that finally won through for me. I'm so happy. My clothes looks less tight too. Awesome.
I am also drinking protein powders after a workout to make sure I get my protein intake for the day.
I'm exercising at least 5 times a week from 30 mins - 60 minutes. I also walk more on top of this.
And a spoonful of Olive oil everyday to keep my bowels regular. It has worked so far for the past week. A miracle for me.
I hope everyone is able to find out what works for them. I know my friend Shelly did and she is maintaining her weight wonderfully. x
I have a sweet tooth too. I keep a small tub of Chocolate Philadelphia Light in the fridge to satisfy cravings. I find one fruit break Ryvita spread with this is enough to curb the pangs. Although I must admit, having cut out most sugary snacks in favour of fruit and yoghurt the cravings happen less often now. 1836 days ago
