It is Wedsnday and the rain is pouring down. I feel like a rest day today so I'm treating myself to one after all my hard work. I've lost eight and a half pounds so far on this program for myself. I'm very proud of myself but glory be to God because I've been praying for Him to help me lose weight and He has. Amen.
I've been blogging other places about my relationship with food. I only want to eat when I am physically hungry. Small meals throughout the day to keep my metabolism revved up. To eat a little something every few hours helps keep the hunger at bay I realized.
I've also been snacking on fruit. Blueberries mainly. If I feel a craving coming on I go to the fridge and grab a handful of them. It's really been helping me to reach for something healthy. Little steps. Bit by bit. It's whats working.
I didn't know chair exercises were going to work. But they ARE!!! I guess moving and grooving to something thirty minutes a day is what counts. Makes me glad Plan B is working although slowly.
