Set BACK & UPSET !!!

I know I been gone for almost 2 months. I got very very busy in the last almost 2 months. I started my 1st. online college classes last month. Amn doing real good in that class. But I had hurt my leg again & was in a case kind of. So to try not to think about not really being able to do anything I thought abot classes & FOOD. So I GAINED back all the weoght I LOST. I could just kick myself. Then to top it off I went to the doctor today & my sugar levels are HIGH. He is gonna put me back on the meds I worked so har to get off. UGH. I need to get back on the wagon.

My weight is back up to: 170
My Sugar level is: 6.9
My sugar numbers tonight was: 295

  My husband and I are both pre diabetic. He still wants sugar in his tea. Desert most nights. Oatmeal for our Cholesterol sounds yucky to him. too many vegies and meat to put bread in the fridge. emoticon so much for a tomato sandwich. Must be on the salad.

    Just a small set back. We have all been there. Just get back on the wagon! Don't get too down on yourself or it will just be harder to get started again.

    Thanks everyone. I feel so much better now. I tested my blood this morning & it came down 232. Still high but getting better.

    Being injured adds a different level of attention to creating a PLAN...

Best thing you can do is face forward in the direction you want to be headed and take a step at a time!

    Awwww I'm sorry, it's tough to get hurt and not be able to do the things you did. Take it one day at a time and you'll be back and losing...
