Yesterday, I did alright with meeting my calorie and nutrition goals. Today, I did a lot better with meeting them. Exercising is the easy part for me. I somehow always manage to find time in my day for it. I'm sure that'll change once school starts back up.
I started a new running program. It's the SparkPeople 8 weeks to running a 5k training plan. I have one more day to go before I'm done with week one. I feel great after running, and I'm really excited to keep up with this.
