Well I have been back home for a few days now. I think it was a mistake to stop tracking my food on vacation, as it has gotten me out of the habit of doing so. I recorded yesterday, but didn't record today. I need to start recording again so I can see/control what I eat. Maybe I am going about this the wrong way, why don't I start over the same way I did before? When I started the first time I just recorded what I ate and didn't worry too much about what I was eating. That way I could observe what I ate and gradually change it. Instead of trying to control what I eat and write everything down and do everything at once, I think I will cut myself a break and just record what it is that I eat for a week and then start to try and meet my goals. In the mean time, I plan on working out tomorrow. I also need to clean the basement.
Oh yeah, i mentioned that my phone broke when I was on vacation, so I got a new one, the one that I had set as my halfway goal point, the Samsung Galaxy S III. I love it so much! I just have to figure out what my new halfway point goal is now.
I have been feeling sick this week so I haven't exercised yet, but I am feeling better and really want to get back to working out. I can't think of much else to write. I haven't been doing much of anything except for lying down.
