    Good for you! You admitted, confronted and now you move on! You're right we are all human, I don't think anyone really wants to be fat, but we make poor choices for a temporary urge, desire or whatever a person wants to call it. I agree with DAOCCHICA and do the same thing sometimes when I want to eat something that's not so healthy and nutritious I put it in the tracker first---the facts quickly change my mind! You will get past this--enjoy those pre-made meals (you already put the work into making them)!

    Me myself when I put my mind to something I do not like to fail.. but that doesn't meant I have never fallen, or never will, we all do, we are human!

I have a little bit of a cheat day on Saturdays but try very hard not to over do it (last Saturday was the worst so far and I only consumed about 2,700 calories). It's so hard to change something your body and mind are so used to. Really to me it's a mind over matter thing and it's sooo hard sometimes. Today we had a baby shower at work and I had a cupcake sitting at my desk when I got back from lunch. I was sooooo tempted to eat it.. I even put it in my nutrition tracker. Once I did that I SAW how many calories were in that tiiiny teeny cupcake... and I slowly put it in a baggie and put it in my desk for Saturday. It was so hard but when you sit there for a few minutes and think about everything you have done and still have to do it makes it a teeny bit easier. I don't know if you do this either but I don't have anything unhealthy in the house.. so if I want to binge I will binge on fruit or some cottage cheese.. or natural peanut butter.

Everyone stumbles.. some people harder than others.. and it sucks! But you did an awesome thing and wrote about it and got right back up!!
