Hello my SP family. Sorry I haven't blogged or anything in such awhile but things are good! I haven't lost anymore weight, but I am still doing my weight watchers and working out. I think I have over did it with my extra activity points. I should use those point for 1 snack and the rest good food. I was using them all for VERY unhealthy snack. So I haven't gained but 1-2 pounds but I still should have made better choices. But it's all good, this time it wasn't emotional eating, it was having the time of my life (part 1), eating! LOL I say part 1 because "The Best Is Yet To Come!".
I am going to try to get back on here at least twice a week. I've been logging my food on my WW online site.
