I think this exercise thing could become addicting! After finishing the 5k Your Way Walking program, I decided to try the 5K Your Way walk/run program. I actually jogged today for the first time in...in...forever! I felt like I weighed 2 tons! Ha! However, it feels good mentally. I may feel like a load of bricks trying to jog down the road, but it is really empowering mentally to know that "I can do this"!
