We are the same height, and I, too, was stuck at the same number for quite some time. Unfortunately, I binged myself way back up, so am looking forward to that number again....and breaking through it.
I'm uber-focused on eating right and adding all foods to my tracker to make sure I get to my goal this time, no matter how long it takes.
Interesting that you're eating more seafood and staying away from red meat. I'm going to have to add seafood - my family gets tired of chicken, no matter how many different ways I prepare it! :-)
