Triceps extensions - 30
Pushups - 25 ( really need to start off with these)
Day 1 of BootCamp
I started my day off great! I wanted to go back to bed after my husband left for work, but I fought that urge and put my workout clothes on and headed for the garage to get my sweat on. 3 hours later I was walking out of the garage feeling like I could accomplish anything. I then sat down and figured out my new goals for August. I am eagerly waiting for my SparkPeople Cookbook
so I can try all those great recipes. I am making Tofu meatballs tonight for dinner and I am very excited to try them.
The only bummer I have to mention is that I had signed up for SparkPeople Live
and was to have my first class last night but my internet connection was on the fritz and I could not attend. :(
