Rough time

Didn't even come here yesterday! Bad time. Possible cut backs at work. Spent most of this past weekend crying. Got word yesterday that my departments jobs are safe. Won't know till next week if there will be pay/benefits cuts. Stressful time with a lot of stressed out people!! Diet is doing OK - at best - haven't dived face first into a vat or chocolate! Exercise has been hit or miss. Funny know it would help burn off stress but the stress has zapped all my energy. How many calories are burned during a crying fit?? LOL Well I guess this will call for a swift kick in the pants to get moving again. Thanks for letting me vent! Hope everyone is having a better day!

    I've been going through a lot of this stuff with my DH over the past 2 1/2 years and have learned that a long walk always helps with the stress! Keep strong and exercising!

    You can make it throught this !!!! You are stronger than you think ( evidenced by the fact that you didn't dive head first into the vat of chocolate ) !! Push yourself to do some exercise even if you feel zapped, it will make you feel better in the long run. Start slow if you need to and kick it up when you feel you can. You can do it !!!
